Our Return/Replacement Policy

Culture Sweet Tea, LLC (“Culture Sweet Tea” or “we” or “us”) wants you to love your experience with our products. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchange

 

Due to the nature of our beverage and baked good products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged, incorrect, or if you’re unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date of your purchase.  In regards to our bags and candles, we accept returns on unused products; please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date of your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns/Replacement

 

(1) Provide proof of purchase (i.e. copy of receipt);

(2) Provide a detailed description of the reason for the return/replacement request. Please include

     pictures if the product was damaged.; and 

(3) The return/replacement request must be submitted within 3 days after the delivery date of the

     item(s).

How to Start a Return/Replacement Request

 

Please email us at support@culturesweettea.com with the subject line “Refund/Replacement Request – Order #[Your Receipt/Order Number]” and include:

(1) Proof of purchase;

(2) A detailed description of the issue;

(3) Photos if the product was damaged; and

(4) Your preferred resolution (replacement or refund).

 

We’ll respond within 2 business days and do our best to make it right!
